Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blåtur iOS application ("app") operated by SSW AS ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the app you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The Service
Blåtur is a travel inspiration app that helps users discover new destinations by spinning a virtual globe. The app displays estimated flight prices sourced from the Travelpayouts API and redirects users to Aviasales for booking. Blåtur is a free app and does not offer any in-app purchases.
2. Licence
SSW AS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the app or its content.
This licence is between you and SSW AS only. Apple is not a party to this agreement. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
3. Prices and Availability
Flight prices shown in the app are fetched from the Travelpayouts API and are for informational and inspirational purposes only. Prices may differ from the final price shown at checkout on Aviasales due to availability changes, taxes, and fare rules. SSW AS makes no guarantee of price accuracy, completeness, or seat availability.
4. Affiliate Links and External Booking
Blåtur contains affiliate links to Aviasales via the Travelpayouts affiliate program. When you tap "Book" or "Find prices", you leave the app and are redirected to Aviasales in Safari. All flight booking transactions occur on Aviasales' platform, not within the app. SSW AS is not a party to any booking you make and is not responsible for the booking process, pricing, or outcome.
SSW AS may receive an affiliate commission if you complete a booking — at no additional cost to you.
5. Third-Party Services
The app relies on the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:
- Travelpayouts — flight price data and affiliate program
- Aviasales — flight booking platform
SSW AS is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within Blåtur — including graphics, globe visuals, and the app name — is the property of SSW AS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of flight data, or uninterrupted service. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that price data will always be available or current.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSW AS and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. This includes but is not limited to:
- Inaccurate or outdated flight price data
- Cancelled, changed, or missed flights
- Any loss arising from bookings made through Aviasales or other third-party services
- Service interruptions due to API downtime
9. Maintenance and Support
SSW AS is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support with respect to this app. Any questions or complaints should be directed to us at post@sswinvest.no.
10. Product Claims
SSW AS, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, consumer protection or privacy regulation claims, and intellectual property infringement claims.
11. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
